Tom Richards is the managing principal and co-founder of Baja Commercial.  Tom’s responsibilities include land acquisition, leasing, development, and investment sales.  His previous experience in successful business ownership and entrepreneurship has proven to be an instrumental asset to Baja Commercial’s self-funded growth.  Tom’s previous experience includes commercial real estate brokerage specializing in leasing and sales.   Tom received his Bachelor degree from Arizona State University’s business program, majoring in real estate.  His direct and realistic approach to business has proven to be a successful asset to the organization.  Tom also serves as the designated broker for Baja Commercial.
